After your event date availability is confirmed, please pay the party deposit within 24 hours to hold the date. If the time passes, please email or call us to reconfirm availability. Deposits are refundable until 7 days prior to event. Customer Service will provide you with your cut off date for other participants so that we can ensure they receive their kits on time. Cutoff dates are typically 7 days prior to event date.
