TEAM BUILDING

City Art Room's team building activities have many benefits to organizations such as improving communications, camaraderie, and synergy while entertaining teams and creating memorable moments. Team building can be conducted virtually , in our studio, or at customer’s location of choice. Cost is only $45 per person for groups of 6 or more on Mondays - Thursdays and for groups of 10 or more Fridays - Sundays.

Food & beverage is allowed in studio during private parties. For travel parties, there is no travel fee when we travel within Charlotte and surrounding towns. Painting duration is approximately 2 hours. Deposit is $90 to secure the date (payment for 2 people).

Parties are led by Professional Artists who provide step-by-step guidance in activity completion. Participants do not need to have had any prior painting experience. Designs are not limited and customers can choose from our library or provide the design of their choice.

Most Popular Team Building Activities

1. Puzzle Painting – Each team member paints canvas that is part of a larger picture. When finished, all the pieces come together to make one large picture.

2. Round Robin Painting – The team is instructed to start painting using a particular theme. They have 5-10 minutes to make a start on it and then are asked to move to their right to the next person’s canvas. They then have five minutes on each person’s canvas. The activity is complete when they get back around to their painting and everyone has contributed to each canvas.

3. Individual Painting – Each team member can follow along on their canvas and replicate a painting that is demonstrated by the instructor.
