Our private parties last up to 2 hours and only cost $35 per person. In-studio parties require a minimum of 6 people or $210 and traveling parties require a minimum of 10 people or $350. Our traveling parties can accommodate up to 100+ participants.

There is NO traveling fee and there is NO extra fee for custom paintings geared towards your party’s preference/theme. We do require party size minimums based on radial distances from Charlotte City Center (100 N Tryon St) as indicated in the chart below.

In order to secure a time slot on our calendar for your event, we only require a $70 refundable deposit which can be used as a credit towards your event balance - basically you are paying for only 2 people in advance to hold your date and time.

2. Once availability is confirmed, pay $70 booking deposit via link provided by customer service. (Remaining balance due on day of event prior to event start time)

3. Choose your painting.

Once your event arrives we have one final request - SIT BACK , RELAX, AND HAVE FUN!!
